Hawks Bannister Breaks Collarbone

The Seattle Times - The bad news is that Seahawks special teams standout Alex Bannister broke his collarbone again during a minicamp this week. The good news is that he should be ready for the Hawks season opener against the Jacksonville Jaguars in September.

The 26-year-old Bannister, a backup receiver who became a Pro Bowl special teams player after the 2003 season, was hurt when he collided with a teammate during a special teams drill Wednesday. [READ]
