Edwards Calls Holmes Return 50-50

ESPN - Will Chiefs running back Priest Holmes return for the 2006 season?

According to coach Herm Edwards, the chances are 50-50, the Kansas City Star reported.

Holmes, who's recovering from a neck injury, is expected to undergo tests this month to determine his fitness, the Star reported.

"He just wants to make sure he's going to be OK, and I can understand that," Edwards told the paper. "That's something you don't deal with lightly. I anticipate he'll be back. That's my gut feeling." [READ]
