Kansas City Claims Chris Chambers Off Waivers

Press Release - One day after being released by San Diego, Chris Chambers learns that he gets to remain in the AFC West.

The Kansas City Chiefs announced on Tuesday that the club has been awarded Chambers via a waiver claim. Chambers was waived by San Diego on Monday.

Chambers (5-11, 210) has played in 131 games (111 starts) with Miami (2001-2007) and San Diego (2007-09). He has caught 482 passes for 6,827 yards (14.2 avg.) with 53 TDs and rushed 44 times for 373 yards (8.5 avg.). [READ]
