Redskins Taylor Sought By Police In Connection With Wednesday Shooting

The Washington Times - The Miami-Dade County Police Department is seeking out Washington Redskins 2004 first round pick, safety Sean Taylor, as a ?person of interest? in connection with a Wednesday shooting in South Florida.

"We understand he was there," detective Nelda Fonticella said. "We have been in touch with his family, friends and team, but we haven't been able to locate him."

Redskins coach Joe Gibbs has not been in contact with Taylor all offseason and was not available for comment.

Nobody was injured in the shooting that took place in a residential area in southern Dade County. [READ]
