Raiders Sign Greg Ellis

San Francisco Chronicle - The Raiders have signed former Cowboy linebacker Greg Eliis, presumably to shift the 3-4 outside linebacker to a 4-3 defensive end, according to Calvin Watkins at AOL Fanhouse.

A Pro Bowl alternate in 2007, he was the league's comeback player of the year after returning from a torn Achilles' heel to record 12.5 sacks. He moved from defensive end to linebacker in 2006. [READ]
