| 5th June, 2009 - 6:32 pm | ESPN - The attorney for Plaxico Burress is working hard to find a negotiated settlement that would allow the wide receiver to play in 2009.
In order for Burress to play this season there would have to be either a plea deal with minimal jail time or a postponement of the trial until after the 2009 season.
