Edwards To Undergo MRI On Knee

AP - Browns rookie wide receiver Braylon Edwards injured his right knee in a 20-14 loss to Jacksonville on Sunday and could miss the rest of the season.

Edwards will undergo an MRI exam after bending his knee awkwardly while trying to make a leaping catch in the fourth quarter.

The first-round draft pick was the last player to leave Cleveland's locker room. He walked out on crutches and visited with family members and friends before being helped into an SUV that was pulled down an interior corridor in the stadium to transport him.

"I'm cool," Edwards said before tossing his crutches into the back seat. "I feel all right." [READ]
