Favre Considers His Future

PackersNews.com - Though most players won?t admit publicly that they think about issues such as retirement during the season, quarterback Brett Favre said he?s given his future some thought this year. He also reiterated that the Packers? performance this season won?t be a major factor in his decision whether to play next year.

?I have thought about it,? Favre said. ?Just because we?re 2-9, it hasn?t swayed my decision one way or the other direction. I had a feeling three weeks into it (this could be a tough season), six weeks into it. But it is what it is. I won?t make a decision based on the fact we?re 2-9.? [READ]
