Tomlinson: Me And Rivers Are Good
27th December, 2008 - 6:58 pm
San Diego Union-Tribune - Chargers running back LaDainian Tomlinson claims that he and quarterback Philip Rivers haven't had any disagreements this season.

There have been rumors of issues in the locker room with San Diego becoming more of a passing team this season.

An ESPN report last Sunday morning claimed that the Chargers' locker room was split into factions (Rivers vs. LT).

"(The ESPN reporter) has no idea what's going on in this locker room," Tomlinson said. "Me and Philip haven't had one disagreement about anything this year.

"The more you're with somebody and you play with him that's the relationship you build," Tomlinson said. "He and my relationship is a great relationship to have between a quarterback and running back. I can tell him anything about what I'm feeling. I can say we need to run the ball more. He says, 'This is what we're trying to do.' Before, I would never have done that, and he probably wouldn't have done that." [READ]
