Phillips: Barber Decision Was Made By Team

Star-Telegram - Cowboys coach Wade Phillips said on Monday that it was a team decision to have running back Marion Barber sit against the Steelers on Sunday.

Dallas owner Jerry Jones publicly questioned Barber's toughness after he sat out the loss.

"I don't think anybody here, Jerry or myself, were questioning Marion Barber's toughness," Phillips said. "We did think he might be able to play this week because of the injury. It turned out he couldn't." [READ]
