Seahawks To Host Packers To Launch 2014 NFL Season

The 2014 NFL schedule will begin with the Green Bay Packers playing at the Seattle Seahawks in a Thursday night game in Week 1.

The Sunday night game in Week 1 will feature the Indianapolis Colts at the Denver Broncos.

The Seahawks will play at the San Francisco 49ers in the Week 13/Thanksgiving night game. The two teams meet again in Week 15 on Dec. 14.

Bridgewater Meeting With Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have Josh McCown and Mike Glennon at quarterback on their depth chart, but they're still considering Tedd Bridgewater at No. 7 overall.

The Buccaneers signed McCown in the offseason and is expected to start.

Bridgewater is widely expected to be one of the top quarterbacks selected.

Bills Trade For Mike Williams

The Buffalo Bills have acquired Mike Williams from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for a sixth round pick.

The Buccaneers paid Williams $8.2 million last season and the Bills will pay him just $1.8 million this season.

Williams has had off-field issues this offseason.
