Nov 30, 2014 1:57 AM

Dez Bryant had several confrontations with the Philadelphia Eagles' defensive backs that led to him getting a busted lip. Bryant also said he was elbowed in the hip.

"They were being kinda cheap," Bryant said. "That's another story. It is what it is. I'll get it cleaned up and I'll be fine."

Bryant can't wait for the rematch in Week 15.

"I'm really not mad at all," Bryant said. "They beat us and I'm going to accept that, but [expletive] can't wait, but not looking past Chicago [on Dec. 4], but I cannot wait to go up there and play [Philadelphia] again. Cannot wait."

Every NFC Rival Tried To Hire Oregon DC After Chip Kelly Went To Eagle

Nov 28, 2014 11:03 AM

Every team in the NFC East tried ot hire former Oregon defensive coordinator Nick Aliotti after the Philadelphia Eagles hired Chip Kelly in 2013

"I have been asked by everybody in the NFC East," Aliotti, now retired, told The Oregonian on Monday. "The Giants asked me to come back when Chip got the first job. I didn't feel right doing that. Some teams have called when they're getting ready to play the Eagles and they call and have certain questions on the thing. Unless I know the guy and he's a good friend, I don't get involved with that."

Aliotti was coordinator at Oregon from 1999 until 2013 when he retired.

LeSean McCoy Insists He's 'The Same Player' As 2013

Nov 22, 2014 10:03 PM

LeSean McCoy has just 729 yards after 10 games this season one year after having 932 after 10.

"I'm not even going to address 'am I the same player?'" McCoy said. "That's for you all to figure out."

McCoy then went on to answer the question.

"Are you crazy?" he said. "I am the same player. I'm not going to sit here and play that game, like, 'Am I the same player?'"

The Philadelphia Eagles don't have a serious deep threat and have also had injuries to their offensive line.

"Statistically there is [a drop-off], but I think we're a different team," Chip Kelly said.

Ertz: Jimmy Graham Wouldn't Fit Eagles' Offense Due To Blocking

Nov 20, 2014 5:08 PM

Zach Ertz believes Jimmy Graham wouldn't be a fit for the Philadelphia Eagles' offense.

Graham is an excellent pass-catcher, but he doesn't block well or often.

"Probably not, to be honest," Ertz told NJ.com when asked if Graham would be able to get much time on the field if he were with the Eagles. "I don't want to take anything away from Jimmy, but the things I've seen, he is more of a pass-catching tight end. In this offense we are a run-first team and we don't sub because we go at (a fast pace)."

Graham has 59 catches for 623 yards and seven touchdowns this season.

Mark Sanchez replaced the injured Nick Foles in the Philadelphia Eagles' win at the Houston Texans on Sunday.

Sanchez was 15-for-22 for 202 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions.

Eagles Fear Nick Foles Suffered Broken Collarbone

Nov 18, 2014 8:34 PM

Nick Foles suffered an injury to his non-throwing shoulder in the first quarter of the Philadelphia Eagles' game at the Houston Texans on Sunday.

Foles was taken to the locker room at the end of the first quarter for X-rays on his left shoulder. The Eagles announced at the start of the second half that Foles is out for the game.

Foles' left shoulder was sore earlier this season, but he said it did not affect his performance.

On the last play of the first quarter, Foles was sacked by Texans linebacker Whitney Mercilus. Foles was slow to get up after the play and walked off the field along with a member of the training staff before returning to the locker room.

Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports the Eagles fear Foles suffered a broken collarbone. Foles would likely miss four to six weeks if it is indeed broken.
