Sep 22, 2015 7:17 PM

Jerry Jones believes the criticism he and the Dallas Cowboys have received during his ownership tenure has increased the value of the franchise.

"I must tell you that the negative part of that isn't enough to keep me awake at night," Jones said. "And there is no doubt in 25 years with the Dallas Cowboys that the criticism of me individually, the criticism of our franchise, the criticism of our activity has enhanced not only the value but the attractiveness of what we have done.

"Apathy would be my nightmare."

“I’m not sure what the situation is,” Owens said. “My name may have come up in discussion as far as bringing me in. But again, a lot of people are going to factor in my age as far as why I can’t play.”

Owens said he feels he’d be a “viable” option for the team given a week or so to round into form.
