The Cleveland Browns intend to use a running back by committee approach this season.

Ben Tate was signed in free agency, while they also have Terrance West and Dion Lewis.

"I think in the AFC North, you have to be running back by committee," Pettine said. "You'd like to have a guy that can carry most of the load, but also be able to alternate guys ... you've got to be able to get fresh legs out there."

The Cleveland Browns would like Johnny Manziel to tone down his off the field profile.

In an Instagram video from June 15, you can hear Manziel say, "I can't hear you. I have too much money in my F------ hand."

Johnny Manziel have agreed upon a four-year deal with the Cleveland Browns.

Manziel's contract is worth approximately $8.3 million with a $4.3 million signing bonus.

Manziel's deal is 94 percent guaranteed.
