Colin Kaepernick remains a free agent but John Harbaugh believes it is "stupid" and "intellectually lazy" to believe he is being blackballed by NFL teams.

Kaepernick hasn't received any documented interest in free agency despite starting last season.

"I absolutely think he's going to get signed. I agree with (my brother) Jim (Harbaugh). He can win games for people," said Harbaugh.

There has been speculation that teams are ignoring Kaepernick due to his political activism last season.

The Baltimore Ravens have agreed upon a four-year, $24 million contract with Brandon Carr.

Carr, who went a stretch of 36 straight games without an interception before picking off Giants quarterback Eli Manning in the 2016 season opener, is coming off his best season, finishing with nine pass deflections, a quarterback pressure, a tackle for loss and 61 tackles with Dallas.

Carr signed a five-year, $50 million deal as a free agent in 2012.

Carr has started and played in every game of his career (144 and counting). He turns 31 on May 19, but he's been able to stay relatively injury free.

The Baltimore Ravens have traded starting center Jeremy Zuttah to the San Francisco 49ers.

The teams also swapped second round picks.

The Ravens had planned to release Zuttah.

Kyle Shanahan has often put a premium on the center in his offense, a priority made clear by the $45 million contract the Falcons gave to Alex Mack last year when Shanahan was Atlanta's offensive coordinator.

The Baltimore Ravens have agreed to a five-year, $54 million deal with Brandon Williams, making him the NFL's highest-paid nose tackle.

The contract carries $28.5 million in guarantees for the 28-year-old.

The Baltimore Ravens are expected to sign Tony Jefferson, according to sources.

Jefferson, 25, has played safety for the Arizona Cardinals. He signed with Cardinals as an undrafted free agent in 2013.
