Amon-Ra St. Brown and the Detroit Lions have agreed to a four-year contract extension worth more than $120 million with $72 million guaranteed. 

St. Brown was a fourth round pick in 2021 out of USC and is coming off his first All-Pro selection in 2023.

Last season, St. Brown caught 119 balls for 1,515 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Penei Sewell has agreed to a four-year, $112 million extension with the Detroit Lions. The deal makes Sewell the highest paid offensive lineman in the NFL.

Sewell's deal includes $85 million in guaranteed money.

Sewell was the seventh overall pick in 2021 out of Oregon and was a First-team All-Pro selection in 2023.

Bill Belichick is planning to have a recurring role with Peyton Manning and Eli Manning during their Manningcast coverage of ESPN's Monday Night Football. 

Belichick could also have a book deal, a potential inside football show and a podcast.

Belichick will start his post-Patriots career on Thursday with the NFL Draft, when he will join “The Pat McAfee Show” as an analyst. 

The exact amount Belichick will earn from his media appearances is unknown, but it will be well into the millions.

During meetings, Belichick made it clear in meetings with network executives that he didn’t want a regular weekly desk job on any of the NFL preview shows.

While Belichick will spend this year in media, he does want to return to coaching. 

The Chicago Bears are set to unveil plans on Wednesday for a new stadium, but details of the proposed deal have already been revealed by the Chicago Tribune.

The report states that the total project will cost $4.6 billion. The Bears are willing to cover half the costs, with public money covering the other half.

The stadium is expected to cost $3.2 billion. The infrastructure improvements are expected to cost $1.4 billion.

The final figures will very likely be higher.

The San Francisco 49ers have said several times this offseason that they want to keep Brandon Aiyuk over the long-term, but a new report goes against that.

An Aiyuk trade hasn't been ruled out and "anything's possible," according to Michael Silver of the San Francisco Chronicle.

The 49ers reportedly want a 2024 first-round pick for Aiyuk.

The Washington Commanders have shown no indication they will move down, but the Las Vegas Raiders attempted to trade up for the No. 2 overall pick, according to a report.

The Raiders have Aidan O'Connell and Gardner Minshew on the roster, but they are still in the market for a quarterback and have also been linked to Michael Penix, Jr. at No. 13.

Diontae Johnson was surprised when the Pittsburgh Steelers traded him to the Carolina Panthers this offseason, but the wide receiver is now ready to help second-year quarterback Bryce Young.

"Just a guy that can get open, just give him a sense of comfort when he's back there knowing he has a guy that can get open anywhere on the field," Johnson said, the first of a three-day voluntary minicamp for teams with new head coaches. "That's what I'm here to do, to make plays."

Dave Canales said Johnson's release ability is "second to none." He made it clear to Johnson in their initial meeting he would be the X receiver and Young's first option in the progressions of the passing game.

Johnson believes he and Young will work well together.

"He's accurate, smart," Johnson said of Young. "That's what I've seen from watching his tape. A great player. Can make plays. Can make any throw on the field. I'm here to make him better ... help him grow."

Jerry Jones is preaching patience as the Dallas Cowboys still don't have long-term deals in place for Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb and Micah Parsons.

"If you've got trouble with when the timing is around here," the owner said, "it's because I'm not ready to go."

Prescott's contract runs out after the 2024 season and the quarterback said last week that negotiations have not really started. Lamb is set to make $17.99 million this year on the fifth-year option and is eligible for the franchise tag next offseason. Parsons is under contractual control through 2025 and then eligible for the franchise tag.

"You may be working on [contracts] and not moving anything but your eyebrows," Jones said. "Who in the world would think that we're not working on it? I work on it. It pops up at 2 in the morning sometimes. What you're actually questioning is why don't you have something done and negotiated and put in the drawer? Well, we'd like to see some more leaves fall. We'd like to see some more action."

The NFL's investigation into alleged tampering by the Atlanta Falcons and Philadelphia Eagles remains ongoing and will not be concluded this week, according to the league.

The Eagles and Falcons each have eight picks in the 2024 draft. The timing of the potential punishments now means that neither team will lose draft picks this year.

Atlanta is being investigated for allegedly being in direct contact with Kirk Cousins before they were legally allowed to according to league rules.

The Eagles are being investigated for alleged tampering regarding their signing of Saquon Barkley.

The Cincinnati Bengals have rewarded Jake Browning with a two-year contract.

The deal for the backup quarterback runs through the 2025 season.

After Joe Burrow suffered a season-ending wrist injury in Week 11, Browning stepped in and started the final seven games and finished the 2023 season by completing 70.3% of his passes for 1,936 yards, 12 touchdowns and 7 interceptions.
